A few weeks ago I was able to figure out how to see the number of viewer ratings our channel has and the average. I can’t remember how I did that. Can anyone help? Also, is there a way for me to view viewer comments on my developer site? Thanks!
Just go to roku.com, and click on the Channels link at the top of the page. Search for your channel, and click the details link. You can then see the number of ratings and the average rating value. There isn’t currently a way for users to post reviews of channels, so such data isn’t available via your developer account.
