I am receiving an error when trying to update the Channel Store Info for our app. The error highlights the Web Description; however, I can’t identify what the problem is.
Our description is under the 1,500 character limit (I’m at 968 with spaces); so I’m not sure what’s going on.
Any ideas?
As an update, I was able to get Roku to accept my changes, but I had to remove paragraph breaks and reduce the description to a single paragraph.
This seems like a new restriction as the last build of our app included two paragraphs and a bulleted list.
I don’t think that should be happening.
Three weeks ago the webbers unleased a new version of the dev.portal, with new bugs.
They have broken that part (new lines in long description) before and likely the same happened again.
