Why am I seeing a deleted content when I fast forward

I added a new mp4 video I created with Pinnacle Studio. I deleted the old video from AWS s3 and added the new video and ingested it okay.

The issue is the new video plays but when I try to fast forward it shows the old video content. Could this
be a Pinnacle Studio bug.

You need to regenerate the BIF file for that video. Not a bug, something you overlooked doing.

What I did was remove Pinnacle Studio 23 and bought MOVAVI which is much easier to use and is made for MP4 files.

I bought a Canon VIXIA HF R80 Video camera which takes MP4 videos. My SONY camera was a few years old.

I took videos with new camera and processed them with MOVAVI so easy use.

I update my JSON feed and ingested it. Now let see what happens.

Pinnacle Studio 23 has way to many creation methods. MOVAVI is a straight forward MP4 video processer.

I’ll update this thread once my JSON feed is processed.
