Downloadable documentation?

Is there any place to download the SDK documentation (like the Component and BrightScript references) in their entirety, say, as a PDF or a zip of HTML pages? Popping back and forth around the wiki just feels really slow for getting a sense of everything that’s available and trying to remember what the important objects are.
