How to parsing the sub category xml file?

Single category can be read by the categoryfeed.brs and it shown by the showfeed.brs file in the video player example.How do it with sub category xml files.?

Example:

I have the following xml structure:

Main category:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>

Sub category(genre.xml :disappointed_face:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
