Make a Web Server in Roku Application

I tried to create one Web Server in Roku Application. I required to make an HTTP Request in Roku Application. I stored 3 to 5 files(any format .txt,.xml,.json) in the application directory as static. and tried to access those files using the hosting URL. Is It possible in Roku?
