New Animation Channel and its Rating

I am working with a company that is starting a new animation channel called AnimationMnM. We are not kicking off until October 1st. The vision aspires to captivate audiences, inspire artists, and push the boundaries of story, music, and animation.

The problem is our channel already has a rating of 1 star.

I looked into how or why did we get a 1 star even though we have not kicked-off the channel yet. I have learned Roku is no longer lets people rate channels anymore. Does that mean we are stuck with a 1 star?
