RAF can be updated separately with F/W?

While I test sample, I had curiosity regarding RAF library update.

Can RAF library can be updated separately with OS or F/W update? or it just included in F/W?

I’m fairly certain it gets updated separately.

So @renojim is correct that the RAF library gets updated outside the semiannual Roku OS update cycle.
