roAppManager > ShowChannelStoreSpringboard() is not working after Roku update to 14.0

After Roku OS update to 14.0 ShowChannelStoreSpringboard() has stopped working.
Roku OS : 14.0.4
Build : 12218/12221

Even Channel Buttons on remote are not working (like. Netflix, Apple Tv). If app is not installed, it is not redirecting to store listing as it used to work before OS update.

We noticed in your post that your roAppManager ShowChannelStoreSpringboard does not work after the Roku update to 14.0, the same as with your Roku remote channels button. We would be more than willing to look closely into the issue.

  • What is the model of the Roku device/TV you are having an issue with?
  • What is the Roku remote that you are having trouble with the channels button?
  • What are the troubleshooting processes that you have tried in trying to fix the issue?

I am attaching screenshots of system info, remotes we used and video of the issue.

  • We tried on multiple devices.
  • With different location accounts.
  • We also tried on US vpn.
  • We use roScreen, so we also tried by switching to roSGScreen.

Video explanation : On clicking the video promo, device should have redirected to Car Parking 3D store listing, instead it went to Home section of the device.
