Hi there, I was wondering if there is a way to make a custom wallpaper app, where we allow users to choose wallpapers for their Roku device, from a gallery we provide?
So far, I haven’t found any documentation or sample channels to do that.
Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I replied on the developer Slack, but also am replying here. There are no public APIs allowing an application to setup a user-provided background for the home screen. Themes are entirely controlled by Roku.
