Why My Channel can't update in my roku device

I can not show my video content when i install my channel to my device. I had do these step,but it can’t normal.

Direct Publisher:

1.Refresh Feed status, successfully

2.preview my Channel, it is normal

3.System update on my roku box.

how can i get the help?
