In order to monetize a channel ( even with a 3rd party ) Roku made it mandatory to enroll into a Payouts program.
HOWEVER, after editing addresses ( including bank address ) , the info is saved WITH A RUSSIAN county in the address!!! No idea where that is coming from. For this reason i can’t enroll and complete the tax forms. My videos are running and i’m losing money!!!
I opened a support ticket for this almost two months ago. No solutions since then.
For the past several days it has been impossible to even try to edit. You simply get a "Something went wrong… " error.
For your BitLife APK site, if you’re facing a similar monetization or payout issue with Roku or another platform, here’s what you can do:
1. Contact Roku Support Directly
Since your support ticket has been open for two months without resolution, escalate the issue by reaching out via Roku Partner Support or Roku Developer Forum.
If there’s no response, try contacting them on Twitter/X (@RokuSupport) or their official LinkedIn page.
2. Address Editing Bug (Russian County Issue)
Try using a different browser or incognito mode to see if it’s a caching issue.
If the platform allows it, manually enter a different address format (without autofill).
Check if you can temporarily use another bank and update the details later.
3. Monetization Workaround
Since your videos are running and you’re losing money, consider alternative monetization options:
YouTube or Vimeo: Upload [BitLife gameplay](http:// https://bitlifmodapk.com/) videos and monetize through YouTube Ads.
Affiliate Marketing: Promote other APKs, VPNs, or gaming-related services on your site.
Direct Sponsorships: Partner with gaming or mobile app companies for promotions.
4. Alternative Contact Methods
Search for Roku Partner Success Managers on LinkedIn and message them directly.
If Roku has a local office in your region, try reaching out via phone or in-person visit.
Some developers report faster responses through Roku’s billing support rather than the general developer support.
